Welcome to joyfel hell (National Archive of Japan)

An exhibition of the National Archives with the theme of Hell.

Various hell pictures drawn on Kayakai 's paintings by Kawazo Kosakai had an impact.

In the book called Treasure Collection, Purple Seibu drew a lie (Genji Monogatari), and because Emperor Daigo went back to Sugawara Michizane, it was supposed to be sent to hell respectively.

The idea of sending him to hell until the emperor is interesting.

The Voice Between : The Art and Poetry of Yoshimasu Gozo (National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo )

An unusual, poet's theme exhibition.

However, this poet called Tsuyoshi Yoshimasu is a bit different from ordinary poets. Or, quite different.

The contents of the exhibition are unique, words are carved on the iron plate, Yoshiharu is shedding what his voice recorded on the tape.

Pictures taken by himself were also exhibited, but unlike ordinary photographs, I shoot purposely twice, or a poetic photograph.

For poets called Yoshihisa Tsuyoshi, everything seems to be poetry.

Edo's Natural History (Seikado Bunko Museum)

I was interested in Edo's natural science, so it was an exhibition I was enjoying very much.

It was published in Japan in the main texture edited by Lee Hyo Jin of Ming Dynasty.

In a form according to it, the main grain which was edited by Kaoru Maihara.

Full view of the celestial sphere where Shiba Jiang Han painted the sun's figure vividly.

A Japanese plants edited by Iwasaki Rikuo are graphic illustrations of the main story drawn precisely like Western plant drawings.

I was surprised by the surprising height of the cultural power of the Edo period, or the scientific power.

Meckenem and German early copperplate prints (National Museum of Art)

Exhibition of printmaker Meckenem who was active in the town downstream of the River Rhine in the second half of the 15th century.

Speaking of German printmakers, the name of Dürer comes to mind first. Dürer was still famous at that time, Meckenem was copying the work of Durer.

Meckenem seemed to be full of business sense, and seems to have made a mass print work, including such copy works, and it was successful.

Meckenem's work is more artistic than graphic, and draws imagination skillfully according to the theme being drawn.

The theme being drawn seems to have been many stories in the Bible and religious themes that admonish secular human crime.

Prayer and life in Kannon's village (The university art museum, Tokyo university of the art )

An exhibition that displays various Kannon Bodhisattva statues that are enshrined in small temples and halls of Nagahama City by the Lake Biwa.

In the surroundings of Lake Biwa, the capital was placed in ancient times, Oda Nobunaga built Azuchi Castle and became a key point of Tokaido during the Edo period.

In the long history, people forever living there began to devote prayers to the Kannon statue.

Before each Kannon statue, the pictures and episodes of the temple are introduced in the panel.

Every Kannon statue seemed to be wrapped in a divine light with the hearts of people who prayed in it being woven into it.

Nakamura Fusetsu 150th Anniversary Exhibition (Calligraphy Museum)

An exhibition commemorating the 150th anniversary of Nakamura's birth as a collector of world-class Chinese books as a Western painter in the early Meiji era.

In the previous term, Nakamura's unseen foreign movies or works of books are displayed.

In the latter half, masterpieces are displayed from the collection of Nakamura's unrefined book.

Normally, at the venue where only the works of the book are exhibited, it seems a strange feeling to watch a foreign movie being exhibited.

Nakamura's unfolding as a Western painter is not the impression that it never flew by, but the impression that it is normal skillful.

By all means, I was interested in the latter collection of books.

Ah! Shinjyuku (The Tsubochi Memorial Theater museum)

An exhibition focusing on Shinjuku in the 1960s.

Shinjuku in the 1960s was the center of culture where young people gather.

People such as Hijikata Tatsumi, Mishima Yukio, Oshima Nagisa, Tang Juro, Terayama Shuji, Yokoo Tadanori, Yamashita Yosuke and others gathered in this town and each created their own world.

To remain in the impression, Isozaki New Competition for the New Metropolitan Government.

Although it was never chosen because of its innovation, a part of that concept was realized as Shinjuku Opera City.

The competition's material has image diagrams and designs of the building part, but there are many philosophical contents such as what is a city and what is culture, and it was a content that I could not imagine about architectural competition materials .
